Marhaba holidays organised a half-day trip to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage for me, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Felix is super responsive, kind and patient, and even dealt with a last minute change without a problem.
As for Ashleen, who took me to and from the orphanage, she was absolutely perfect. She arrived slighty early, was delightful company and even helped me find a lovely little cafe where to drop me off before we parted.
